Fitness: Need motivation to workout in the new year?

Here we going “again”, a new year season where the fitness rooms will be pack in the beginning of the year and dwindle down afterwards. How do you motivate yourself to workout NOT only in just the beginning of the new year, but throughout the “whole” year?

I thought of this question after a “friend” told me she needed motivation on a social network site. Also, I just came from a group fitness class called “Insanity”. Lately on facebook, they has been hashtag pics of #groupfitness . The local fitness center has been posting this to motivate and encourage each other through “group fitness”, which I totally believe. During Insanity this evening, I thought the group leader did a great job pushing us, which is one benefit of group fitness. Also, the beautiful “ladies” also pushes us guys too! 😉 What are the other ways?
